The home accommodates 5-6 persons in 3 Bedrooms (Queen + 1 Twin bed/ Double/ Twin) but 2 extra persons on the Sofa-bed in the Living Room brings maximum to 8. • .
Amenities and Facilities:      Full Details:      • GROUND LEVEL: Driveway Parking, Main entrance, front foyer, laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. A separate small studio suite is on this level, at the back, which is also available for short term rental.      • SECOND LEVEL: Superbly equipped large gourmet kitchen with Dining area at the back of the house overlooks the garden. There is no formal dining room as such, but the table will seat 6-8. With 2 sky lights and windows on three sides, it is a very bright room that catches the morning sun. BEDROOMS: The Master bedroom faces East and the morning sun. Good size room with Queen bed plus 1 twin bed for triple occupancy, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. 2 smaller bedrooms (facing West) - Double bed and 1 twin bed respectively. 2nd full bathroom with tub and shower.      • THIRD LEVEL: Living room (13x18) set across the width of the house has a mainly westerly orientation for the afternoon sun. Large windows on all four sides make the room bright and airy. One window over the fireplace looks north to the mountains. Large balcony (12x21) running alongside the living room favours the afternoon sun, and a view to the local Mountains that form a backdrop to Vancouver. A BBQ, patio table and chairs are available here and during Fall and Winter seasons (with advance booking and weather permitting) an outdoor 4 -6 person hot tub can be available extra cost of $150.      • FOURTH LEVEL: Another staircase (exterior) leads to the top of the house and another big deck (11'x18') 'the Captain's walk!' from which the 360 degree view is just fabulous. Shake a branch with the Norway Spruce, which towers over the North East corner of the deck, and overhangs a few branches. This area may be inaccessible during a heavy snow fall. Two huge decks/balconies with discrete concealed nighttime illumination equals a summer entertainer's dream. An afternoon espresso or an apιritif with appetizers or both!. Dinner alfresco, then evening cocktails by moonlight on the upper terrace with a view of Vancouver all lit up and the Mountains in silhouette in the background!                     Absolutely Priceless!                     Two flights of (ungated) stairs may make it unsuitable for toddlers, small children under 5 years old unless closely supervised and also for less agile elderly persons. •

During Fall & Winter seasons (when in operation & weather permitting). Advance booking required - outdoor 4 -6 person hot tub may be available at an initial cost of $150. Then $25/ week for professional maintenance. • BBQ on upper deck ($25 cleaning and fuel fee) • A fax machine and a mono laser printer are available at nominal cost on request.

Minimum booking is 7 nights but when there are fewer nights between 2 other bookings, (with a minimum booking of 4 nights), these may be available. Please inquire for a rate quotation. Credit Card required and there is a cancellation policy. Paypal is also available. For all bookings a Post departure cleaning fee $150 per stay is collected on arrival. If the booking is more than one month, there is an additional $40 for each full week after the first month and Housekeeping will be provided mid stay at no cost.
