Aylesbury Manor is a beautifully furnished 1920's character home with a large heated private pool located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-lake. Aylesbury Manor is an elegant and spacious home that has been extensively renovated. All hardwood floors have been restored to original condition and all 4 bathrooms and kitchen have been completely remodelled. It features 4 full bathrooms, jacuzzi tub in the Master bath, fireplace, dishwaher, laundry room, two large TV's/DVD, CD player/radio and wireless internet access. Aylesbury Manor is located in old town Niagara-on-the-Lake, very close to the shops and fine restaurants and right around the corner from our other 3 vacation homes in the town, Amberlea House, Simcoe Pines, and Avalon. They are also featured on this site. The house sits on a large corner lot with mature trees and professional landscaping. The fenced backyard is a private oasis with an inground heated pool, lounging area and a raised wooden deck. Aylesbury Manor can comfortably host 10 guests and with its many large principal rooms, it is a wonderful retreat for family get togethers and celebrations with good friends. |

The main floor features several large principal rooms that make it easy for guests to be together. Aylesbury Manor is furnished with antiques mixed in with new pieces and some collectables. The overall feeling is romantic country, typical of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The Foyer gives way into the tastefully furnished Living room that features a ceiling to floor fireplace, several windows, gleaming hardwood floors, a 32 inch TV/DVD and plenty of comfortable seating. There are 2 chairs and 2 large sofas, one being a double sofa bed. This room makes a really cosy room in the winter as well. We provide fire logs for your convenience. The Sitting Room is found between the Living room and the Dining room. It has a wicker sofa, chair and table. Overlooking the Dining Room, it is a quiet corner to sit and read a book. The Dining Room has a pine harvest table and black high back chairs. The ceramic floor, sisal carpet and pine furniture gives it an authentic country feeling. The tiled Kitchen is newly remodelled and features all amenities including built in dishwasher, microwave and all equipment needed to create a great meal. From the Dining room and kitchen follows the large and comfortable Family room which is furnished with large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is also a second TV(28 inch)with a DVD. The full bathroom adjacent to this room allows it to double as the fourth bedroom very easily. It is also located at the back part of the house making it quite private. The Sun Room is at the very back of the house and features 3 large windows and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to the deck and pool. Decorated in Scandinavian style this room is bright and cheery, a great place for breakfast and lunch. The Second Floor Upstairs is where the 3 Queen Size Bedrooms are located. They each have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors, beautiful comforters, and antique pieces. The Master bedroom features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi tub in it’s ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are conveniently located the 2nd floor concealed behind the white double doors on the landing. Outside Living The private backyard is a great place to relax by the pool with family and friends. Take a dip or just sit and enjoy the extensive landscaped garden. From the Sun room you can walk out to the raised deck with built in benches and summer furniture which includes a table, chairs and a big market umbrella for hot summer days. Below the deck is the patio which surrounds the pool. There are chairs by the pool, and a lovely garden bench which is framed by ornamental evergreens. The pool is large however, there is still considerable lawn area with silver birch trees for children to play. For guests who enjoy cooking outdoors, there is also a gas BBQ that is connected to the house so there is no need to worry about propane. During the winter the pool is covered with a high security cover that bolts into the concrete. Aylesbury Manor has Central Air Conditioning. There is parking for 4 cars. All linens and towels are included. |

Low Season Rates:Nov 1st-March 31st(except Christmas and New Years) $1795 CAD per week $325 CAD per night, min. 2 nights. Shoulder Season Rates: April 1st-May 18th Sept 12th-October 31st (and Christmas and New Years) $2300 CAD per week $475 CAD per night, min. 2 nights. High Season Rates with pool open: May 19th-Sept 11th(dates will vary depending on season and customer demand. Please enquire.) $3500 CAD per week $625 CAD min. 3 nights. 5% GST will apply. Rates apply to 8 guests. A $50 charge will apply to each guest over 8, to a maximum of 10. The maximum allowed at the home at any time is 10. Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability. Please email us for reservation requests or any questions. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by Visa and Mastercard(in Canadian funds). Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date. No smoking or pets please. |
