Simcoe Pines is a beautifully appointed home, c.1850, located in Old Town Niagara-on-the-Lake. It features a heated inground pool, outdoor bar, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, wireless internet access, dishwasher, laundy room, high celings, hardwood flooors and Central air conditioning.
The Master bedroom Suite which runs the full length of the house(15 x 31') features vaulted ceilings, 4 poster Queen bed, a gas fireplace, sitting area in front of the fire, ensuite bathroom with skylight, shower stall and clawfoot tub.
Through the French doors off this bedroom is a covered balcony with wicker seating overlooking the pool and private backyard. It is well protected by the tall Pines and is private even in the Winter.
Large principal rooms on the main floor which is open concept making it easy for everyone to be together even during meal preparation.
The Dining room has a large Harvest table and a tin ceiling which came out of a bank in the 30's. There is a fireplace in the living room and plenty of comfortable seating . Original wood floors and all modern conveniences including 32" flat screen TV, two other TVs, two DVD players, VCR, and Stereo system with CD. Fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the Dining room with an antique porcelain double sink, cherry cabinets and all amenities including dishwasher, microwave, blender etc.
Laundry room is on the first floor.
Private, fenced backyard with heated and lit pool, Gas BBQ, outside bar, dining area, hammock for two and decking. The Gas BBQ is connected to the house so there is no need for propane. We invite you to enjoy our home with family and friends. We offer it to guests who seek the comforts and privacy of vacationing in their own home. It is a very spacious house, full of character and completely equipped with all amenities. Simcoe Pines is beautifully furnished and evokes a feeling of days gone by. |

The main floor is open concept with large principal rooms making it great for entertaining. The rooms have original hardwood floors and are filled with interesting furnishings that have been collected over the years.
The bright Living room has a fireplace and is tastefully furnished with large comfortable sofas and antique pieces.
The Pine armoire conceals a 32 inch Sony Flat Screen TV, DVD and an excellent sound system.
The French door off this room leads to the 4th double bedroom and ensuite 2 piece bath. The well equipped kitchen overlooks the large dining room which features a pine harvest table.
Light pours in from the double french doors and transom lights above the leaded glass front door.
The Master Bedroom Suite is very large with a vaulted ceiling and features a Queen size, four poster bed.
There is a TV and DVD in this bedroom as well. The fireplace glows from the other end of the room where there is a sitting area, great for reading by the fire.
The 4 piece ensuite bathroom has a clawfoot tub, skylight and tiled shower stall.
The outside terrace off the bedroom is furnished with a white wicker sofa and chair and is a great place to enjoy a nightcap while watching the lights from the pool flicker up in the trees. It is very private, completely hidden by the towering pine trees.
The second bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed and antique pieces. The two windows overlook the cherry tree in the front yard.
It has an ensuite 4 piece bathroom with a vintage pedestal sink. The walls are wainscoted giving it an authentic country feeling.
The third bedroom located on this floor is a very pretty room.
It features a white wicker double bed and a white iron single day bed. The two windows bring in a lot of light.
The fourth double bedroom with 2 piece ensuite is located on the main floor.
Behind the tall wooden fence you will find the private, heated and lit pool, double hammock and outside bar with dining area. There is a Vermont Castings gas BBQ connected to the house and the dining table seats up to 10 people. It is very private. |

Low Season Rates(except Christmas and New Years):Nov 1st-March 31st $1895 CAD per week $350 CAD per night, min. 2 nights. Shoulder Season Rates(and Christmas and New Years): April 1st-May 18th and Sept 12th-October 31st $2400 CAD per week $495 CAD per night, min. 2 nights. High Season Rates with heated pool open: May 19th-Sept 11th $3650 CAD per week $650 CAD per night, min. 3 nights. 5% GST will apply. Rates apply to 8 guests. A $50 charge will apply to each guest over 8, to a maximum of 10. The maximum allowed at the home at any time is 10. Weekly bookings are fom Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday depending upon availability. Please email us for reservation requests or any questions. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation by Visa and Mastercard(in Canadian funds). Remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit less 10% returned if cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date. No smoking or pets please |
